As a new mom, there are so many questions and concerns and things you want expert opinions on and that is why leaning on Armi Grace’s expertise and experience through this chapter of life has brought so much peace of mind. She is super personable, understanding, compassionate, professional, and passionate about what she does. We are so thankful for her and would recommend her and her services to any family!"

    -A, first time mom

  • "Armi was someone I did not know I needed. I wish I had found her during my first pregnancy/kid. She helped me during the first couple of weeks of postpartum by not just teaching me different ways of doing tummy time and helping prevent any flat spots on my sons head but also my own self. She provided me with the perfect tools to take care of myself and promoted self care, which is just what I needed. I cannot recommend her enough!"

    - K, mom of 2

  • "I highly recommend Armi for all things pre/postpartum! I did a breastfeeding support session with her prior to having my baby, and she had so much valuable information to share. Armi has such a kind and calming demeanor and is clearly so passionate about her work! This really helped ease my anxiety, and I know she’ll be there to continue to support me in postpartum :)"

    - C, expecting mom

Her inspirational cards, thoughtful emails, and gentle reminders through Instagram became a daily source of encouragement and grounding during my postpartum healing journey. Thank you for holding space for mothers like me. Every mom should have a support just like motivated OT mama. The fact that she supports the dyad of mother baby is truly remarkable."

    - J, 1st time mom

  • "I took the virtual breastfeeding class with Motivated OT Mama and I am SO glad I did - I feel much more prepared now. Armi goes into fantastic detail covering each touchpoint with breastfeeding - I thought I knew enough about this topic to be successful with it before the arrival of my baby but I was wrong!! I definitely learned a lot of new information and felt like I could ask her all of my questions without judgement. I truly feel lucky having someone like Armi to look to for guidance throughout this journey and I'm excited to implement the tips she gave when I do start breastfeeding in a few short months! Thank you Armi for an amazing and informative virtual class!"
