About ME
Hi, I'm Armi Grace your dedicated occupational therapist in the Southwest Chicago Suburbs.
Pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood are such new and vulnerable seasons of life. As a mom of 3 and survivor of postpartum anxiety and postpartum depression, my goal it to provide the support and education to new moms that I wish I had in my early years of motherhood.
HOW IT STARTED
I always dreamed of…
using my skills as an occupational therapist to truly make a difference—but I never imagined how personal that dream would become until I became a mom myself. After walking through postpartum anxiety and depression, I realized just how much support was missing for moms during this deeply vulnerable season. That’s when my dream shifted: I wanted to be the person I wish I had in those early days of motherhood.
Today, I specialize in maternal health and pediatric occupational therapy, supporting moms and babies through the early seasons of life. I offer personalized 1:1 services because I believe every family’s journey is unique—and also lead group sessions to provide accessible, education-based support that focuses on early intervention and prevention. I’m passionate about giving parents the tools to better understand infant development, baby milestones, and their own needs during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
I view motherhood itself as a developmental milestone—one that deserves just as much care, attention, and support as any other life transition. Through evidence-based, holistic care, I help families feel more confident, informed, and empowered. I’m committed to staying current through continuing education, so I can continue to meet families where they are—with empathy, clarity, and practical strategies that truly make a difference.
my philosophy
I believe in…
𑁍 Motherhood being a major life transition—one that deserves real support, not just survival.
𑁍 Early education and prevention to help families feel confident from the start.
𑁍 Occupational therapy bridging the gap in postpartum care and infant development.
𑁍 Every mom deserving a safe space to feel supported, seen, and empowered.
