Meet the Motivated OT Mama
Armi Grace Petersen MS, OTR/L, ASDCS
Hi, I'm Armi Grace! I'm so glad you are here. I am a mom of 3 and a licensed occupational therapist. I'm also a survivor of postpartum anxiety & postpartum depression. Through my personal experiences in motherhood, I saw the gap in care and support for moms during this vulnerable time. I would love to support you on this incredible journey through motherhood, where I give you the support and education I wish I had in my early years of motherhood. Together, let's navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and all the little moments, offering guidance, reassurance, and a whole lot of understanding.
Prior to starting Motivated OT Mama, I worked in outpatient pediatrics for nearly 8 years. My approach to pediatric therapy involves holding space for parents in the developmental process. There is no "intro to parenting" class that prepares us to manage and navigate parenthood and our children's developmental milestones. From babies to school age children, I'm also here to support you by providing you with tools and strategies to navigate your child's development with confidence.
