This group class helps moms navigate postpartum recovery, reduce stress, and build confidence in daily routines. You'll learn practical self-care strategies while supporting your baby's development through play that encourages milestones like tummy time, rolling, and crawling. 

  • Toys and equipment are provided. 

  • Free postpartum check-ins and developmental screenings are available.

  • $30 Registration Fee covers baby (0-12 months old) and 2 adults
