I started Motivated OT Mama in January 2024 because I saw a gap in the support available to moms and babies, and wanted to do something about it.

What began as a mobile occupational therapy practice has grown beyond traditional one-on-one services to include community-based groups, educational workshops, speaking opportunities, and collaborations with other professionals and local businesses throughout Chicagoland.

But here's the thing...

I didn't go to school to learn how to run a business.

I've learned through experience, asking questions, trying new things, building relationships, and making plenty of adjustments along the way.

And I'm still learning!

One of my favorite parts of this journey has been connecting with other professionals who have ideas for doing things differently.

Because I genuinely believe there's room for your ideas, too.

  • No! While my background is in occupational therapy, I welcome therapists, educators, doulas, lactation professionals, and other care-based entrepreneurs interested in building or expanding their services.

  • Think about what you'd most like to get out of our time together. You can come with specific questions, a business idea, or a challenge you've been working through.

    You don't need a formal business plan or presentation, but please completet the intake form.

  • My mentorship is collaborative and individualized. I'll share insights, ideas, and lessons from my own experience while helping you consider what makes sense for your unique goals.

    For legal, financial, tax, or profession-specific regulatory questions, you may also need guidance from the appropriate qualified professionals.

  • Absolutely! You're welcome to schedule additional sessions as your ideas and business evolve.

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid additional fees.

    • 24+ hours' notice: Reschedule at no additional cost, or cancel for a full refund.

    • Less than 24 hours' notice: A 50% cancellation or rescheduling fee ($48.50) applies.

    • No-shows: Missed sessions are non-refundable.
